"Sun Shock Grasses" Acrylic painting measures 8x10 and was a quick color study to loosen up before I took on a larger painting. Sometimes I like to do quick 1-hour paintings to get my creative juices flowing after taking some time off. I loved how the colors on this piece came together, showing a brilliant sky with orange and magenta clouds lighting up the grasses in the foreground.
