"Autumn Equinox Commute" measures 18"x18". 
I work outside my studio for clients a couple of times a week. My favorite thing about the commute is seeing the spectacular sunrises over the Northeast Nebraska hills. This particular painting was painted from images I took on the morning of the Autumn Equinox in September of 2022. The clouds that day were just right to capture the explosion of color that the sunrise had to offer! Several times, I pulled over on the highway to take photos as the colors changed and the sky grew brighter. This painting depicts the horizon as seen from Nebraska Hwy 91, East of Snyder, Nebraska.
